As I've said before, we have to have 2 goalkeepers on our A list so unless we drop one of Lampard, Milner, Clichy, Hart for Richard Wright it will not be Caballero.

I had assumed we can have an U21 second choice keeper and therefore not need to drop 1 of the 5 non foreign players (but I might be wrong)! In that case it would one of the following dropped for Richard Wright: Milner, Clichy, Lampard. That looks unlikely. That is assuming we need Boyata to fill a club trained quota of 1?

Correct, which means Hart and Caballero with absolutely no other options in goal.

In that case the only way to drop Caballero would be to also drop Lampard and replace with Wright in one of the 4 Home trained slots i.e. Caballero and Lampard out for Bony and Wright in. After all the fuss with Lampard’s contract I don’t see that happening.

Jovetic looks like he is on his way.

CL squad - who makes way for Bony?

Apparently today's the day that we have to submit any changes to our Chmapions League squad for the last 16. I imagine Sagna, Kolarov and Jovetic are most at threat, but it will be interesting to see who Pellegrini opts for. Will say a lot about their future at the club.
