Sounds fair to me.

Perhaps it is the optimist in me, given this concerns something I love, but I think this whole situation will be straightened out and we'll forget about this whole episode.

The more that I think about it, the more I think if Roman wants to sell, he really only has 2 options - he can either add the debt owed to him to the value of the club and sell it that way, meaning the new guy will square the debt with Roman in the process of purchasing the club or he can write the debt off completely and walk away, which considering how much he paid for the club, he'd be close to calling it even.
 
small club, small ambitions... i wonder if roman is about to walk away...
