I think you may be correct. From what we saw today, they are quite some WiP

Nevertheless ours available today ran theirs into the ground. They were utterly inept, unfit, bereft of ideas.

Have to agree,you”s will do well to get top 4 but sarri needs time and a few transfer windows ..

Have to agree with you. After today's game Sarri will also have more idea who he feels won't fit in, some performances were nothing short of disgraceful and I assume he will want them out, no matter how big a name they are. Roman is going to have a little more patience than he has shown your other managers though.

How long will Sarri get however, has nowhere near the clout that Pep has.

Will Roman keep backing Sarri to get the players he needs, no top 4 this time next year and out of cups early and hes bang under pressure.

You could at least see a change in style with Chelski today from tehe dour defensive strategies they normally have in recent years. It looks like that Sarri doesnt have the players to play his way (and Im not sure Hazard is going to be up for running around the pitch high tempo pressing either). Sarri will need time to get the players playing the way he wants and a bit like Pep he will need a transfer window do that as well (though Pep had a much bigger impact straight away than Sarri probably will have)

Hard to judge on a friendly game , but Sarri has got his work cut out , they were so poor today. No doubt Kante and Hazard will make a diffrence buy their is little else in that squad for the opposition to worry about It will be 2/3months before the Chelsea players get to grips with the new tactics , and we will be streets ahead by then ,even the Rags could finish above Chelsea.
