Chelsea have average squad overall. They are 16 years in Abramovich era and they are in this position. Just no direction or plan at all Chelsea have as a club.

Wow 16 years, Abramovich has been put in a difficult position by the UK which has impacted Chelsea investment? To get champions league last season was a huge success considering the squad weaknesses, losing Hazard long term may be a blessing in disguise but they need to sort High level management issues.

Personally don't expect them to be title challenger this season but wish them well with the youth players
