Bring Kante home!!!!!!

Looking more like rabbits in the headlights at the moment.

On the one hand, I hope you guys get it together. One more blue shirt means one less red shirt in the top four.

On the other hand, I would delight in seeing Boehly get a bloody nose. The arrogant twat.

I don't even know much about the guy, but I have taken an instant dislike to him. Reminds me too much of some people I have worked around in a previous professional life. Too much fake bravado to cover up the fact he has no fucking clue what he is doing.

I mean it’s hard to give you a rebuttal that come across as blind faith when we’re sitting in 11th place having the awful season we’re having but I just don’t share your negative outlook on my club or our future.

I don’t what Boehly has done to be so disliked. Yeah spent a lot of money but so have your owners, United and our old owner. It’s neither here nor there though. You’re allowed to think he’s an arrogant twat :)

Th point is that City spent to a purpose, bringing in players who fit with the way Pep wants the team to play, and for the most part the signings have been effective. According to the papers (have they got it completely wrong?) there is to be a clear out at Chelsea. Boehly has spent £600 million in the last 12 months on players, with, no doubt, a wage bill to match. The result you saw against Real Madrid. I can't agree that big spending on top players without a coherent plan behind it all is "neither here nor there". That was United's problem before they removed Woodward and appointed ten Hag, and he, to his credit, started sorting out the big egos. The "clear out" will save money, but that alone won't produce a long term plan. Is Boehly in it for the long term or just for quick returns? That's not a rhetorical question: I just wonder what a rich American wants from his involvement in the game. But on the positive side, if the rumours are to be believed, Nagelsmann is being lined up. You must hope that the owner listens to him.

You will be fine and it will eventually come good under the right manager.

Money is not an issue as you rightly say other than I feel it’s been Boehly spending it rather than managers with a plan that’s been the problem.

I might be wrong but it just feels a bit kid in a sweet shop since he took over.

Kante back home for free leaving us to recoup fee spent on Phillips helping us pay for Bellingham. Rodri’s level of performance has secured him a starting position unless injured or fatigued. We need an older player who would be happy to come in and out of the team when required.

Nowhere near good enough.

I said it's neither here nor there in relation to it being the reason Boehly is disliked.

Boehly and Clearlake will be at Chelsea for the long term. They have plans for the stadium, which are already underway. I guess they plan to find ways to increase our revenue, which is a must. They have a spent a lot some of it without a coherent plan, some of it (especially the January moves) with a plan.

I think a lot of the on pitch stuff will get resolved with the right coach. You can assemble the best players in the world but if you have a subpar coach leading them, it's hard to achieve anything. Hiring the right coach will put us on the right path again in terms of on pitch results. I have made my feelings perfectly known about who I want the next coach to be, and it isn't Nagelsmann.

The clear out isn't meant to be produce a long term plan.
