Maybe a good time to try this out is the next round of the Carling Cup. Hopefully if we get a lower league team we will be able to buy a block all together?

Also there is no such thing as the Carling cup any more it is now called the Capital one cup.

This capo fella, would he really pay £50 to stand with his back to the game? Bonkers

Well by the time we get into the Etihad we will probably have more than one capo, so they can take turns also, some capos stand in the middle of the group and can still watch. As for the EDS games he said he was willing to miss them to make this work.

Obviously we are out of the Capital one cup, but we expect that the FA cup will also have relatively low attendances in the first few rounds (obviously depending on who we are drawn against). The only realistic way of getting the Citizens in the ground this season is for everyone who wants to be part of it to buy tickets in a certain section of the ground which will have a lot of empty seats e.g. side of CB level 3.

But we aren't getting ahead of ourselves, we may go to the EDS matches and only 5 people turn up, in which case there is no point making plans for this season, however, if 50 people turn up, then it may be worth contacting the club, we will see what happens after then.

I can't see us being in the Etihad this season, maybe next season if things are going great. But I imaging it will be the season after that.

The good news is that we might be able to go into the 7000 stadium they are going to build if its ready for the time they have said: beginning of 2014/2015 season.

Defo a good idea tryin to get a block for FA cup games as far as gettin things goin in the Etihad. Could be a chance for this season but hopefully defo next season. Games like Ajax at home would have also been great but the timing wasnt right.

Yeah that's our plan to get to a FA or capitol one cup game in one block, one that is no where near selling out. It all depends on how many want to come really, if all depends on how many want to go really we are not going to do it if there is only 20 of us but if there is like 100 of us then we will definitely do it.

Any updates with this lads?

Cheers for posting all that. It's great to see an accomplished group in England. When I see things like that its makes more want to make this happen even more, it would be quality.

A few people have said we are going to be cheesey but that doesn't look chessey to me.
