I used to help out now and again at away games. I knew Mike from years ago as he was brought up in the road running parallel to Maine Rd. Knew Pat and Les from the Throstles in OT. Used to see them for a drink most games along with their mum. Her parties at new year were legendary!!!
Got threw out of Walsall with Pat for celebrating in their terrace behind the goal with Pat and a few other blues when The Goat scored 99/00 season sending us top......
Also, was with that trio outside the Springbok Pub/Off Licence @ Loftus Road mid 90's trying to get the K I N K Y song going....... 'There was a man from Dynamo Kinkladze was his name...o.... Franny Lee said sign him up......'
It did take off eventually!

I remember being slightly worse for wear at Chesterfield in 99 & was accused of being a spy for Bert Trautmans Helmet because I threw a pork pie at a rival fanzine editor . Ah the good
old days of paranoia & espionage , I miss those days .
