I've seen a few pictures of Haaland wearing unusual clothing.
That's probably as close as it gets.

To be fair I was only up there for a few days and I have never seen so many Newcastle shirts and no shirts from anyone else, not even Sunderland.

not shirts but, was in the bar last week and my city flag from the CL final had been taken down, it was folded so the word CITY was visible. 5 guys came in to watch a Copa Libertadores game, spotted the flag and asked if they could have their pics taken holding it, they thought it was great

I live in Switzerland, and when I first came 25 yrs ago all you saw was Utd and Pool shirts.
Now I see kids wearing city shirts more than Utd or pool. My daughter who is 10 says all the boys in her class want to be Haaland.. the tide is turning for sure

Same in Geneva. Barely ever see Utd or Liverpool, but plenty of kids in City shirts - expats and locals.

I was there for four days and only saw one City shirt. - Brother sponsorship era. Also 2 blokes wearing City hats at the Eden Project, but one of them was me.

My 9 yo son and his friend were sporting their Gvardiol and Rodri kits today (outside of Boston in US). As many Haaland shirts at his school as Messi. I’m working on convincing them to go as the starting XI for Halloween - as they would all get to be a player they know and like (takers for Ederson, Alvarez, and Grealish in addition to the above), which would be hard with any other team! I don’t think the majority of them could name one Utd player either.
