Not many people spoke out against the Mafia; most of the ones that did now sleep with the fishes. How many people do you reckon are in on it. I'm talking right across this huge corruption scandal to stop us. PIGMOL. Refs. Linesman. 4th officials. PL top brass. SKY. UEFA. FIFA. FA. Far east betting syndicates.Ex players. I'm putting the latter in as its mentioned on here that ex pl players are told which hot or vibrating balls will be ours. Thats the reason we get away draws and dodgy CL groups.
A serious question this. Must be over a hundred in total. Past an present.
I cannot believe no one has broke rank and spoken out.
Not suggesting for a minute that the FA is an organised crime syndicate, but it certainly isn't all above board. The FA is ultimately governed by FIFA, and we all know the corruption at FIFA went right to the top, or the tip of the iceberg if you will. Jack Warner and 21 other individuals were individually indicted in the 2015 corruption scandal.
There have been the odd one or two who have suggested things went on. I believe Mat Letissier admitted attempting to spot fix a game (which is small fry in the scheme of things), Mark Halsey claimed he was told to alter his match reports, and our dear friend J. Barton is currently banned for breaching betting regulations. Now these are not direct evidence of systematic corruption, but it certainly shows that football results aren't always as clean as we would like them to be.
