I think the club were in a fairly difficult position tbh. If they’d done nothing then the media would’ve been all over it, so they had to act. As mentioned before, it was pretty foolish for two relatively high-profile club employees to think that sort of content would be fine. I doubt it was in any way malicious, but it certainly ill-judged.
