As the reason for such a resignation would be the fact that the club refuse to engage with the fan base they would need to address the concerns we all have with city matters. But you are missing the point. It is not City Matters. It is the Club totally failing to listen and do WTF they like..of course minutes should be available, of course they should listen. But if they do not do so it is not down to CM. I hope that the CM meetings are open to supporters to attend. That should be the case. So, after many years of success the powers that be do their own thing and how can you argue with that ? Indeed there is a part of me that likes the German model of Club ownership. Free tickets on the trams, yes please.Listen to fans, yes please.Sort the travelling infrastructure for a Club that brings so much to the local economy.Yes please.CM are constrained, it is so obvious.

The club cancelled a meeting with City matters two weeks ago (at the last minute) I’d be interested to know if that meeting went ahead later, or have the club thought eff it, we’re going ahead with the rises & Madrid ticket criteria anyway & we only want to release that info at the opportune moment, I wouldn’t blame City matters reps if they got wind & wanted no part of it, then had a statement prepared. This is 100% on the club, if City matters, 1894 etc aren’t strong enough to take the club to task, we shouldn’t criticise them, we should be offering more support

Unfortunately there will be enough new City fans who will buy into the voting process on the OS.
I've said this before but having been involved from the bseginn for 4 years, they'd listen but wouldn't do anything that might involve an element of risk. I had high hopes of the new COO and he's kicked off a huge programme of work to improve the fan experience, which he recognised wasn't as good as it could be.Organised by people within the club who don't want to/aren't listening.
I don't want to put words in the mouths of my erstwhile colleagues but this is probably the biggest frustration. City Matters won't ever be consulted about strategic decisions, such as a new hospitality area, but we should be consulted in advance about the communications (which is often poor) and how the aftermath should be handled.From what I see on Twitter, all of their statements have been after the club's released things, rather than before them
