Fucking shocking would be my response.The DSA are correct to say that City Matters weren’t consulted on this.
That said, I have been informed about this behind the scenes and I’m working with the DSA and others on a response.
Not really difficult to see that having a disability affects your ability to earn money at the same level as a non-disabled person. There’s clearly some anecdotal evidence as stated on here like wadded disabled relatives/mates etc….but I’d imagine they’re an exception rather than the rule. As some have already pointed out it’s about having similar access to things that an able bodied person would have, so why would you have to pay for the privilege when everyone else doesn’t?

If their supports are anything like City then I think other clubs are scrapping some OAP prices because they make up a huge amount of their season ticket holders.
