Crystal Palace got themselves out of the relegation zone. They are in good form. However they'll be tired on Saturday. I say, give the kids a chance. Lopes, Fafana, Boyata, etc.

This guy has the right idea. However, would suggest giving Kompany, Dzeko and Milner a rest too.

I think hope we will line up like this.

Speroni

Ward Gabbidon Delaney Parr
Bannan Jedinak DK/O'keefe Bolassie
Chamakh
Gayle

I worry that if Dk or O'keefe are not fit we will line up like this

Mariappa Gabbidon Delaney Parr
Bannan Jedinak Ward Bolassie
Chamakh
Gayle

No, that's madness. What I say is this. We play our strongest possible 11. But as we all know, they're tired, so I say, we bring them off on the sixty minute mark. All of them. But not Joe. Joe stays on, because he's still got to prove himself.

If we are serious about the title we play our best possible team - giving "kids" a game smacks of arrogance and that will be our undoing.

We have to ride this home form for every point. Play the strongest team. We can sub a few off early if we have the game won.

Hart
Boyata
Kompany
Nastasic
Clichy
Fernandinho
Garcia
Milner
Nasri
Navas
Dzeko

I think this will be Dzeko's chance to shine as the lone striker. Let's hope he's up to the challenge.

Unfortunately it looks like he will start as we have little option otherwise.

FYI,we do have another ten players on the pitch at the same time, thought you might like to know.
Piss off

And risk missing out on the next instalment of 'what Dzeko does next' ??? - no chance mate......its riveting stuff......

Correct. And if we must use kids, it should only be one at a time, not 3 or 4 as suggested above. Fortunately the manager isn't daft.

I suggest guidetti and jovetic to get game time.

Bahahahahahahaahaha never.

For fcuks sake, players want games to come thick and fast,no training and when we are winning it breeds confidence.if players can't handle this scenario, fighting for places in 4 competitions then there is something wrong.

Why do I feel like people are just saying our players will be tired but not Palace's? They do after all have 7 players injured and their squad probably isn't as deep as ours.

Because we saw the looks of Negredo, Silva and Nasri's faces as they walked off the pitch as well as Zaba mentioning he was cramped everywhere. I believe Silva walked straight into the tunnel.

But with reports of MP keeping the players at the team hotel between matches I think it bodes well for us to be fully focused ahead of the game today.

Silva always walks down the tunnel when substituted. Negredo and Nasri looked alright to me. Did you study the faces of the Palace players after their game on Thursda? They looked shattered. So relatively fitness levels shouldn't be an issue.

In games like this there is always a risk that they will play out of their skins on a day that we are well off the pace. Nineteen times out of twenty we would do Palace comfortably at our place. Let's hope today isn't the twentieth, because taking the three points for granted is begging for trouble. Yes we should win and win ccomfortably but We cannot take any game lightly.
