Not sure why we put B squad out their think we should of had our C squad. But happy to get the win at least hope we can retain the title. Although I would like to bring back that FA CUP. I think the EDS(U21) team could have won against Sheffield Wednesday but nice to see a EDS player get a debut goal. Get In Jose Pozo.

Rubbish. It was first heard at 0-0 and repeated later. It's the same song thrown at us by every set of fans (except Chelsea and United, maybe a few others) and is now met with either ambivalence or "We were here when we were shit".

and when a few of their ...ahem... "mob" were giving it the big un walking through city square before the game. embarrassing.

if we don't give the opposition the credit they deserve , and they were great for the first half .we can expect derision for our win regardless of the score. and fernandiho was fabulous in his tactical awareness and commitment but still played defensive ..credit due eh lads

Why do fans let the "where were you when you were shit" song bother them?

Opposition supporters are going to pick what they see as a weak spot and try and exploit it, whether it's true or not. What do people expect them to sing "well done for your crowds in the third tier" all game?

It doesn't have quite the same ring, and even if it did, it would sound a bit weird.

Thanks for that link. The TVNZ lunchtime news mentioned our thrashing of the Owls but proceeded to show the Spurs goals (bunch of tossers) - the sports editor is obviously one of their fans

The hilights will be on the OS, either today or tomorrow, usually, when it's not televised it gets put on quicker.
