Not sure if you were being serious here.

If you were, it was Li Tie, ex-Everton and Sheffield United. AFAIK, absolutely no evidence that he was/is a rag. Far too many posters on this forum assume that all Asian-looking people must be rags, just as too many posters on the Everton forums assume they must be red dippers.
are you asian-looking and therefore offended by this generalisation?

And i was trying to be funny but obviously failed miserably....
Yes - I am Chinese (by race), but English by nationality, language, and culture - having lived here since 1948, when I was 2 years old.

I am not really a Man.City "fan", but am definitely a sympathiser. And I am most definitely not a rag or a dipper!

Don't worry, you're probably funnier than most on this forum.

And, as I don't believe in posting for the sake of it, it's got me one post nearer the 100 mark!

Im an accountant and in January, due to the tax return deadline I am expected to work every evening and Saturday and Sundays as well. It simply has to be done. Same with City now...... these are the fixtures we have to contend with. Bob knows what he is doing this season regarding our style of play, we have depth of squad, a desire from the players to excell as a team (now Tevez is no longer about), our "second" string is full of internationals and so on. This January is a chance for us to really stamp out authority on English football. City are now the worst draw to get and isnt that a great thing to be able to say?

Lot of fixtures coming up and potential for tired legs/injuries/losses...however I am fucking delighted to have drawn these twats at home...more so it is my birthday weekend.

I do not fear them anymore as I have previously. Wow...look at the fixture lists..

Liverpool,Rags,Liverpool with Wigan squeezed in for good measure.

Be nice to see the rags and dippers with tears in there eyes!

Oh yes my friend...

With such positive waves we can't lose. :-) woof woof.

I think its a great draw, not least because it gives us another game against them before the more important home league game. It seems to me that when one team hammers another, then the beaten team often gets revenge the following game. They're just that bit more up for it. For the same reason I'm quite worried about the home Spurs game.

If we lose in the cup, they'll have gained a degree of revenge, we'll start afresh in the league game. If we win we'll have established a position of superiority.

The Cup games in January will hurt us in the League.

The rest of the Premiership will be taking a breather while we have really intense draining games against Utd and Liverpool.
