Keep hoping Pellegrini is going to start learning from his mistakes, and keep being disappointed.

League Cup final, Check!

FA cup 5th round, Check!

2nd in Premier league, Check!

Last 16 CL, Check!

Last 19 games, won 17, drawn 2, lost 0, Check!

Only mistake was you logging on to post that shit!
That's the crux of it.

But what has he won yet? Nothing. A better manager would have already won a few trophies this season.

except the wurzel is chatting shit. I like pelli but we treated bob very poorly, sadly we have some fans want success at all cost, even if it means riding slipshod over a manager that got that friggin banner down.

I thought we were better than that.

Let's see; so far you've managed:

1. Nonsense - the inability to understand the simple and universally accepted (by all managers) concept of squad rotation.
2. Inverted snobbery - over my using a word you didn't understand.
3. Misplaced snobbery - the embarrassing gambit of proposing that a city boasting one of the top half dozen universities in the UK and highest standards of living, is in fact home to hundreds and thousands of slack jawed, straw chewing simpletons.
4. Pointless abuse - those disagreeing with you so far have been labelled cnuts, pricks and arseholes.
5 Temper tantrums - see 4. above.

Have a gander at the link below. It features an intellectual heavyweight I think you might be able to relate to..........just sayin' like

do you sit in the bell end?

You should be on the stage. Comedy gold......

To be honest...

De Niro went through exactly this same phase with Hughes/Mancini.

Defending Hughes at every opportunity and ever so slight digs at Mancini.

It'll pass in a year or so.

ITV highlights programme - shocking. Was it filmed on a mobile phone.

ha ha just thought the same. mancini would have had better pictures had he been in charge.

And we would have had better pictures of the boxing match between any two of eleven players and with one or two of the managment team joining in when Watford's second goal went in!!!

Pellers selction yesterday was good no issues the players need to take responsability and i think a few were found out

Pellers is playing the stlye of football that he has been told to do by the club open and attacking stlye its excellent to watch

Had that result gone the other way then it would have been the players fault pure and dimple they just looked complacent to me

May have been posted earlier but no mention of Deeney being offside for their second goal on Itv he looked it to me

Just fuck off. You are not allowed to be sensible in this thread.

ay up even some fucker who's swallowed a dictionary has popped up.

let me put you right.

1, he rotated too much.

2, he admitted it on local radio, saying "it was a disaster and I wish I could change 11 players"

now unless they don't speak the queens fucking English in wurzel land how can those comments be contextulized wrongly?

oh and thanks for the English lesson.

Like I said before. Talking out of your arse as usual. If you can't make the distinction between a genuinely substandard team selection and one that should have been comfortably strong enough to defeat 'B' list opposition, but simply played poorly, then you can't be helped. You can keep huffing and puffing if you want, but to be honest you've worn me out already.
Contextualise - to place in a particular context [OED]. And it's "queens" with a capital Q and an apostrophe. And you're welcome.......

I have decided you know nothing about our manager.

nothing about our club

and nothing about football.

just sayin like.

Well, you would be wrong; just as you are about rotation and yesterday's starting 11.

I've not seen many on this forum that have a better understanding of the game than Exeter Blue and, if I was compiling a list of those that do, you (genuinely no offence intended) would not be on it.

Keep hoping Pellegrini is going to start learning from his mistakes, and keep being disappointed. Starting with those two slow coach centre halves when Kompany is fit was the first mistake. Asking them to push the half way line was an even bigger one!

I can see the reasoning behind the omission of Kompany from the starting lineups given the amount of games we're going to play and that, taking nowt away from Watford who deserved their goals, we have got a couple of tough league fixtures ahead. Last thing we want is burn out.

From my point of view, Kompany on the bench was fine, it was the omission of a midfielder to do the defensive duties that cost us in the first half. There was a massive gap midfield to defense which even Kompany would've struggled with. Pushing MD into the defensive midfield position solved many ills with the initial set up.
Huge change in the game at half-time

Demichelis always seems to get shafted in the media, but I thought he was superb in the 2nd half. Watford just could not get out of their half in the 2nd half, and the ball kept coming back at them. The reason behind that was because our midfield got totally on top in the game, and Demichelis was constantly nipping in and intercepting their passes and clearances. He was also available for Kolarov and Navas accepting balls inside and switching play accurately to the other wing

Subconsciously I think Watford also decided to defend what they had instead of having a go as they had done in the 1st half. Even at 3-2 they nearly broke away and scored. You have to give a lot of credit to the way Watford played particularly in the 1st half. I think our players thought it was going to be easy. Watford gave us a shock and a wake-up call.

I knew we'd struggle in this game without Silva and Nasri, and losing Milner before the game was another blow to our midfield. Unlike Chelsea and Arsenal we don't have the same strength in depth in midfield, our strengths lie up front with 4 genuinely World Class strikers. Aguero was fantastic today. There always seems to be a City player who rises above the ordinary and does something special. Negredo, Silva, Nasri, Yaya. Yesterday it was Aguero's turn
