City Vs Spurs Pre Match Discussion thread

I'd imagine Spurs will start 4-4-1-1. So my starting 11 would be -

Hart
Richards-Savic-Lescott-Clichy
DeJong
Nasri-Milner-Barry-Silva
Dzeko

DeJong can nulify RVV leaving Savic and Lescott to control Defoe. Richards/Nasri and Clichy/Silva will have to work in tandem down the flanks defending and attacking covering each other when either breaks forward.
I think Tottenham will come and look to counter attack. So whilst being the home side we have to still make sure we are solid defensively first and then look to score when possible.

Sorry, NO DE JONG please.

He is not even the defensive force he was last season anymore. Mostly tentative now. We must play them offense for offense.

Nasri silva an sergio all to start im happy spurs willl not be able to stop these if they try to push to far forward ! They need to win so i expect gaps :-)

Lol !!! Know what you mean though. I think Bobby's comments about results being all that matters may lead to your more defensive option. Me ?, think I'd rather give it a go and risk dying trying as the rewards are massive.."..Carpe Diem and all that...
