Let's hope it doesn't rain again during any of our remaining games as our players clearly don't like it.

dont worry - the tevez turtleneck jobbies will be coming out soon and all will be well.

Just checked the forecast for Saturday at Fulham...sunny spells and no rain. We'll be fine then.

Fulhams in the tropics, our lads will revel in it.

Coincidence or not, Barry always play shit against Villa.

Barry always plays shit against everyone.

Really ? He was the only decent player in a very poor midfield tonight.

Not offering excuses, but a micky mouse cup and often used for players coming back from injury, fringe players etc. The team that started was totally different from the last game so dont really understand bobbys comments with the 48 hour turnover thing.

We do look dis-jointed. We would have won this type of game this time last year with the type of team we put out tonight. There is an attitude in the air about the players and that is called complacency, and the fact we are in first title defending season, which is probably harder than winning it.

Its early in the season, and a lot of people have again over-reacted, pre-empting things that may happen like losing against dortmund etc and turning it into a massive problem. Remember who/where we are. Champions, we are in a minor blip and this is where bobby will earn his coin.

His record speaks for itself, and thats not including what hes done for us. Hes a top manager, and Im certain he will get us out of this run soon.

That team trained together this morning and apart from the late withdrawal of Rodwell they all knew they were playing yesterday. Very disappointed in Razak and Suarez, Razak was truly awful.
Very unfair. He got caught in possession for their crucial equaliser but did some things well. He had a better game than Barry and had he come into a settled team, I think he will do well.

mancini wasn't left with many options with the pressure of Champions League games which are no walkovers like the other English groups, and the Sunday fixture

just get it right on saturday mancini.

play last years system with as many of last years squad as possible, then leave the fucking thing alone.

Last four games last season, 3 clean sheets, 2 goals conceded.

Starting line-up for all four:
Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Barry, Yaya Toure, Nasri, Silva, Tevez, Aguero

Robbie should stop pissing about and play our best 11 game in game out subject to injuries.
Cut out the goals against and get a few 1-0's

I was worried about Nastasic when I watched him struggling against Kenny Miller and the lethal Scotland attack in the recent Scotland Serbia WC Qualifier. Sounds like he was a bit iffy tonight again. Let's get one thing straight, Milner, Barry, Lescott, Tevez, Mario, Kolarov and Dzeko coming on does not constitute a reserve team so let's not use that tenuous excuse for this poor quality defeat.

It could be the only trophy we win some seasons (there will be some where we win nothing at all) so we should seriously not have this view of it.
