Think the Sane money at least is ear marked this year to balance last years losses, don't think it's 'spending money'.Reminder that the Sane and Angelino money hits the books for this fiscal year. With other expected sales we will have a decent amount on top of what a normal budget would be.
Is there a limit for English & home grown? Thought we could have as many as we liked - & it’s foreign players that have limits? Totally don’t understand the quota systemWe don't. It just means they count as non homegrown, no different to any other foreign player.

forget Home growm and Foreign labels. We have 17 free places that can be anything. On top of that we are allowed the extra homegromn only players.Is there a limit for English & home grown? As PB points out there is a limit of 4 AT/HG players, if they are not club trained, for the CL. In the PL that doesn't matter.
The real limit, is the 17 places. You can have as many AT/HG players, provided the 17 is reduced accordingly, but not both.

also being a north london lad then if kane wants out of spurs then sterling could be the player most likely temped

Yes i do or been seen to - yes. I can see us having to give 90m cash and Jesus - valued at 60. Maybe i am wrong but i think we really want him and Levy knows it. Jesus and son would do well for Spurs. He needs to be given the opportunity to be the main man and i think he would jump to do that at Spurs.
