Has anyone bought tickets and got a blank attachment by email with no seats or who they are allocated too as you normally do.I Just got a reference number and its says contact us if you think there is a problem with your order.
Yes I’ve had the same email and also there not even showing on my city account when you go on tickets.

I rang customer service and got through straight away.Spoke to Anna who emailed me to confirm the seats I had paid for so you will be fine. Like you I also said they didn't show in my account and she said they would show later.
 
Got to wait until Monday for this, any updates or predictions on sales and availability at all? Cheers in advance.
