I don't know, there are various common doctors speaking about it online and then of course their bosses trying to keep the panic from spreading when confronted about it by journalists. The situation they imply though seems to be the same; those reports from doctors are full of emotions and personal feelings, as is natural, but the fact that they're saturated and that they're applying the triage is true.
