Seems there are different sources in government briefing out different thing to different media and mp's,lots of annoyed people not getting one clear message

Any way cases are going up ,people have not been careful enough so this has to happen

Tonite it says not to meet indoors

BBC Newsnight correspondent Lewis Goodall said the Department of Health and Social Care had confirmed the restrictions will apply to all indoor settings - so it will mean that no two households should meet in places including pubs and restaurants.

I get the need to reintroduce measures but it’s fucking laughable that you can still go in pubs, the Trafford centre, travel etc. Half measures that don’t make sense just cause frustration and are likely to be ignored.

My Dads 70th birthday this weekend. To think only a couple of weeks ago we were imagining winning the FA Cup on his birthday and celebrating with friends in the garden (at a social distance and wearing masks of course)
