Oh definitely. I guess it’s the impact of T20 (and ODIs before that to a lesser extent) as that’s where the money is and to get in the team you at least need to have some talent with the bat - even if it’s just ‘staying in’ for your batting partner - unless you’re just supreme with the ball.
