I would say we have marginally improved or stayed still if Bernardo goes. If he stays I think we have improved.

Haaland, in my opinion, will most likely end up at the swamp next summer, if not in the January window. He's absolutely tailor made for the rags and they'll throw a lot more money at him and his agent/dad than we will.

In the meantime, the danger is that if Mbappe goes to Madrid, the door opens up for Ronaldo at PSG and we're left with a choice of an untested EDS lad, or spend £70m on some lad none of us had even considered as an outsider a few weeks ago, who would be a far bigger gamble than Danny Ings at a third of the fee.

Could we be ready to witness the mother of all fuck ups by City? I've got a terrible feeling that we may well be...

Thats up for debate. Current Ronaldo is miles better than Aguero right now but Grealish has lot to prove. Bernardo has been key part of the machine for years now and was our best player in the most successful season in City history. (2018/19)
