Rest the 11 who are going to start the 2nd leg vs PSG. We can still put out a very good team, 10 points clear with 5 games to go, its an easy decision imo.
No need to rest all of them. Ederson doesn't need a rest obviously but he won't be the only one who's totally capable of playing Wednesday-Saturday-Tuesday. All depends on what the physios say.

Opportunity for some players to put in a performance that takes us closer to winning the PL, hope they take that opportunity.

Even to those it’s not important to it’s blatantly obvious that with a 10 point lead and 3 games in 6 days resting players for the least important game is a must. Not to mention we’ve already heard this season about the science with regards to recovery from Weds night to Saturday morning games.

He’ll make at least 9 outfield changes, possible 10.
If we did 10 changes, i.e. all the outfield players, your effectively letting PSG know your line up for 3 days before the 2nd Leg.

Also and perhaps bizarrely Palace, with Saha and Eze play as similar to PSG as any team in our league. Not as good clearly but tricky fast forwards and set play danger. They caused Leicester countless problems and City using the game as an exercise in total containment might not be a bad thing.

Its more about protecting the players from injury so close to the 2nd leg, the last thing we need is a couple out injured. This is pretty much a one off situation, we can go full strength after the PSG game until the league is wrapped up.

Ederson
Cancelo Ake laporte Mendy
Fernandinho Zinchenko
Sterling Jesus Torres
Aguero

Try and get zinchenko or cancelo off early, maybe get Garcia in there, the only people I'd even consider playing from last night are ederson, zinchenko & maybe foden, but I think we will see a stronger team than this imo

7/8 changes maximum to give cohesion throughout the team. 80 -100% rotation would be absolute lunacy
