Cup scheme payments.

Just spent 45 mins getting through. Lady said some people had been missed on the first run and asked if I wanted to pay now rather than wait for the system to sweep agin. She assured me it wouldn't create a double payment...... So either you or I have been told crap!!!!! I await my bank statement. Fingers crossed.

Only one payment taken so far. Email arrived. All is well again in Mr Moons household.
 
Had money taken for villa but no confirming e-mail. Had £50 taken for BD and confirming mails for me and my 2 son's should it not be £65??

Discount for cup scheme members. My Dortmund ticket was £30 instead of £35 for being in the scheme.

Money gone out for Dortmund email conformation received stating my normal seat details 5 minutes later email received ref Dortmund telling me to disregard the previous email as the seat details were wrong, new email to be sent soon.

Money for Villa went out two days before the Dortmund money but no conformation email received.

People on L3 got the wrong Dortmund seat confirmation as they were sent a Dortmund confirmation with their new Villa seat instead of their Dortmund seat which would be where they sit normally.

If you sit in L1 or L2 you'll keep your seat for Villa but I suspect it's a system error so everyone has had their Villa seat in a Dortmund confirmation, obviously it doesn't matter to you unless you have to move for Dortmund due to UEFA regs.
 
got my dortmund ticket sorted but not villa , with the villa game only being 6 days away i am concerned the club wont sort it.
 
Money taken, email confirmation received, had a separate email apologizing for the delay. I could see online that my seat was always reserved so wasn't too bothered, i just like to know when companies take money off me. An apology was a nice touch though.
 
Just had FA Cup payments taken. My son, who has just turned 16, has been charged the 16-21 price (£10) rather than the junior price (£1). I thought it was based on their age at the beginning of the season. I can't find anything in the terms and conditions. Does anyone know whether this is right?

A. Simple. For home Cup games and Away games the price you pay will depend on your age at the time the game takes place. So, for example, a junior who turns 16 during the season will pay the published price in the next category up (16-17).
 
Only just realised this is £20 for level 2. Had it in my head it was £15. Pricey for what it is and no cup scheme reduction.

Definately only jointing the champs league one next season.

There isn't a 16-21 band, it's either under 16, 16-17, 18-21, and adult !

I've been charged too, please don't fook up this competition early on City, a good cup run could be our best bet this season.
