De Bruyne?

I completely agree with this.

I don't think it necessarily matters that the club have come from nowhere. Every club in the world has come from nowhere. Sure, we don't have the right to be extreme and stupidly demanding, nobody does. But I think we should be allowed to say "Well.. we're rich now and we go after the best players in the world now, so we can at least discuss it and criticise it in a reasonable manner." It's hard to get used to being a big club, sure, but there's this weird sort of malaise that I feel is bringing down the community. This attitude of "You're not allowed to criticise the club because we should all be infinitely grateful for our success." The thing is that those things aren't mutually exclusive. I'm stunned by what has happened to city and still can't get over it, but I still think I have the right to have a go when bad decisions are made. Nobody is perfect, even the incredible people responsible for our rise up the ranks and, as fans, we have a right to talk about our club in both a positive and negative way, as long as it doesn't go too far. It's not ungrateful to be negative, it shows that you give a damn and want the club to be as great as it can be.
Much more eloquent and much better than I had put it.... Maybe our Nev might get it reading that

Looks to me that some of you are off school for the summer holidays and can't play out dos it's raining - go and play on your ps4 and leave the grown ups to talk amongst themselves ffs

No news I take it?

People are saying this is done and it's just bravado etc.

The Bundesliga kicks off tomorrow. What if KDB plays as expected and get seriously injured say ruptured cruciate. There's bravado and stupidity, if he plays tomorrow then I think the deal done scenario is a load of b*llocks
Correct, no more time should be wasted on this time to move on

I refer you to my Ground Hog day GIF

It's simple really, if Kevin wants to come he will hand in a transfer request and we will purchase him for 47 million pounds. If not Wolfsburg will reject and we move on.

Have I moaned about the owner? I simply said that we should have learned from the Hazard debacle.....

Not sure how refusing to play extortionate additional fees after a price and deal has been agreed is a "debacle." I walk away from every deal in my business when someone "retrades" a deal after we shake hands or sign a contract. Debacle would be signing someone who is too injured to play. Or pay so much we can't make payroll. Fair play to Chelsea for being willing to pay any and all costs, but there's no shame in "losing" a deal to someone who was willing to pay a lot more.
