Each season leagues like La Liga and Bundesliga continue to prove those who claim it's a 1 or two team league wrong. La Liga could possibly see all 5 of their entrants in the group stages of champions league. La Liga are the champions of Europe with Barca winning CL and Sevilla winning Europa.
Bundesliga is so easy that a team like Dortmund battled relegation all season long to try to finish respectfully. Just bc Bayern are one of the best teams in the world don't make BuLi a one team league.
Chelsea ran away with the title this season just like Bayern and other one team league candidates Juve, you wouldn't call PL a one league team would you?
BuLi is probably one of the toughest leagues in Europe, ahead of the Pl Week in/out. There's no easy games, every team presses really high up the pitch for a full 90 minutes. So for KDB to manage 15 goals and record breaking 25 assists is pretty damn amazing considered the style of play in that league. More impressive than Depay's stats as most defenses in the Dutch League are sleep half the time.
Sterling and Navas have enough pace in the squad and pace isn't the end all be all in a winger. We now see Messi on the wing, he's not beating every man he sees with pace, rather skill and KDB does the same. You sort of need that balance of one with pace, the other who has has just enough pace to beat their man but doesn't rely on it just to beat their man. This is how RM gets exposed when they have Ronaldo and Bale flying and no use defensively.
Off the top of my head I can think of Neymar/Suarez/Messi and Depay/De Jong/Nasingh in a 4-3-3 that illustrates my point.
What we lack is more quality in our early crosses, KDB uses plenty of ways to get the ball inside the box vs Kola's low crosses or Navas who becomes way too predictable.
Bringing it both Sterling and KDB would improve much needed positions, take the burden of creation off of Navas' shoulders and give us plenty of options to score goals. Both also give us flexibility to switch positions if needed like Milner gave us. I don't see how anyone who's watched KDB can say he's overrated. Using Chelsea as an example isn't enough because if you read around, you'll see more and more that people are equating them losing him to Pogba leaving United.
