TalkSPORT just said that Wolfsburg's manager or sporting director has said this, but AS is their source. Even if he has said it, it's negotiating 101 to try to squeeze as much out of City as possible. Real won't step on Monsour's toes, Barcelona have made their big signing in Turan and can't register players until January. This is too far along now for anyone to hijack.

Real and Barca won't get him, he left Chelsea to not be benched, he wouldn't go to a club where he'd just end up on the bench again.

We should walk away. See if they have the balls to miss out on about £47 million. Pretty sure with Sterling, Silva, Navas, Yaya & Nasri we'd cope without KDB. There must be alternatives we could look at that are similar for less, even if we just tell Wolfsburg that's what we're doing.

Heard similar earlier this morning. It was also mentioned that there is no rush for the Chelsea game by City but Wolfsburg would like to get it done before the German league kicks off at weekend.
