Some mythologies like Islam in some areas of the world would murder their own for questioning the existence of god, others like Hinduism has a part of their religion that believes atheism and it’s ingrained in the culture around and within the mythology.

The core of mythologies are all over the place.

But the laws of physics are the laws of physics. Not only are they not different in Arabia and India, they aren’t different anywhere in the universe now, weren’t different anywhere in the universe 14bn years ago and won’t be different anywhere in the universe in 100 trillion years.

The details of science therefore never change because the laws of physics have never and will never change but our greater understanding of the outcomes and answers to certain questions do get updated.

i didn't use that word, or at least i don't think i did.
i said religion changes over time but the core remains the same.
regardless of the actual faith.
i wasn't saying the core of all religions are the same.
i was saying each religion that exists changes over time

you mention islam.
when islam was invented it was one thing.
"here you go, everyone, here's a new religion".
over time it has changed,
the core remains the same,
but now there are about 70 different versions of it.


as for your suggestion that every atom of the universe is the same,
well, that cannot possibly be proven with just pen and paper.
it may well be correct but there is no actual proof of it.
it requires faith to believe it's true.

and you are again circumnavigating my argument by saying the laws of physics don't change.
i stated that science changes over time but the core remains the same.
i believe that to be true and nobody has proved me wrong.

science tells us now that the laws of physics are different in outer space than they are in our galaxy.
when the laws of physics were invented they were said to be the same eveywhere.
we now know that to not be true,
therefore the laws of physics have changed.

the first written language we know of is sumerian,
somewhere in what we now call iraq i think.

but the first known human was homo habilis,
somewhere near what we now call ethiopia i think.

and hinduism is the first known religion,
somewhere in what we now call pakistan i think.

and to clarify my point...

religion was invented by humankind to try and explain things we don't understand
religion does not exist.

science was invented by humankind to try and explain things we don't understand.
science does not exist.

the earth and the universe have been around for a very long time.
humankind has not.
neither religion nor science existed before us.

we really haven't got a clue what the fuck is going on out there.
if you believe in religion as an explanation you need faith.
if you believe in science as an explanation you need faith.
they are two sides of the same coin.
