Do we stick with Pants for the Semi & Final?

Pants is a fantastic keeper and far too good to be a number 2. I would be very suprised if a decent Spanish or Italian side didn't come in for him in the summer.

We are at Wembley though in the FA Cup semi final. Mr Mancini will have to play his strongest available side.

That means Joe in Goal.

Pantilimon deserves to keep his FAC place. He's a very good goalkeeper too, it's not like we're taking a chance with a youth teamer or some dodgy back-up.

I like the way Barcelona does it - Pinto plays in Cup, no matter what round, no matter what opposition.

I can understand Mancini though, his job will certainly be much safer if he wins the cup so I couldn't blame him if he picks Hart.

He's had about 3-4 saves to make against very average players for the entire cup run. He is very very suspect at getting down low to save shots due to his height. If we draw Chelsea or the rags you play your strongest side which means Joe in net. No room for sentiment if you want to win trophies and Panti will still get a medal for his efforts if we win it.
