Edin Dzeko

Like I said he did have a shit performance yesterday. And to me it mainly had to do with his attitude. He should maybe use Zab or Kompany as his inspiration. Hopefully Mancini does have a talk with him, but I am starting to loose faith in Mancini. He doesn't have a reputation of being a "player's coach".

With that said, his first touch and passing has improved immensely. Frankly in the last few games, I sometimes ask myself whoa, is that Dzeko passing? Because some of his passes have been top class. But he's not scoring and that has been very frustrating.

I agree with AntiUnited though, our main problem is the non existence of a creative midfield. When I saw YaYa's exclusion yesterday I knew it was going to be a scoreless match for us, we struggle with Yaya, but without him, it was going to be impossible.

You can tell if Dzeko is up for it or not with his first touch of the game. Yesterday Distin put the palm of his hand into Dzeko's face and he went down as if he'd been poleaxed by George Forman, Joe Frazer and Ali all in one punch. Sick of watching soft arsed footballers going down for absolutely fuck all and it set the tone of his game culminating in the pathetic turn and dive on the edge of their box later in the game. He simply doesn't possess the physical strength at the top level of the English game and we've had our fair share of those players.

We could always sign Anechebe
Would rather have anichebe any day of the week rather than that soft arse donkey up front.

Not going to have a pop at Edin.

The fact that he won't be wearing a City shirt next season is enough.

Thanks for the memories Edin.

Go after any second division club, there are a lot of tough players.

If you want pace, watch basketball because ball is moving fast and players score a lot points.

Top post!

His name will echo in City's history.

And will make most of our money back because the lad will be used more effectively in Germany.

In any other club

Is that the same Anichebe who went down as if he'd been poleaxed by George Forman later on in the same game yesterday?

To be fair at least there was contact. Unlike the dive from Dzeko
