Edin Dzeko

Well, here's the thing, people:

Negredo playing more than Dzeko is to be expected, for now. Edin already knows the Prem, Al does not. MP has chosen not to drop him in, little by little, which is fine and clearly something Edin knows too.

According to that quote from before, Edin is fine with it and he, clearly, supports his colleague.

Al will be benched, also and it's really something I thought would happen as it is now.

There will be no January sale, so get the fook over that thinking now!

Edin is here til, at least, summer.

Move the fook on!!

Talking to players, in the way Pellegrini does and just talking to them for the sake of it are two different things. It's a well established fact that Mancini was shit at man management.

It's a well established fact that Dzeko is shit.
He is mate. Absolute shit.

Not absolute. Just shit in comparison with our good strikers.

This is simply not true.
It is.

He gave the ball away more than any other player, was dispossessed more than any other player. Only Pants and our fullbacks, one of which was subbed the last 10 minutes of the 90, had a worse passing success.

Like many have said before, his goal and assist seem to paper over the cracks, because for 90 minutes he was very, very poor. If it was a league game and finished after the 90 minutes, no one could defend his overall display.
Again, this is what most everyone on bluemoon is saying. I get that. But it's far from the truth. If Dzeko did nothing for the first 90 minutes this image is then fiction:

That's Dzeko creating a goal scoring chance for Negredo in the 2nd half. If you want to keep saying he did nothing for 90 minutes, just know you're lying your ass off. :)
Again, that's the problem; papering over the cracks.

The odd successful pass, which is only what that was as Negredo turned it into a goal scoring chance, doesn't make up for countless mis-controls or lack of effort or moaning to the ref, which he did in abundance.

You take the criticism too literally. He was very, very poor. Even giving the ball away is 'something' so obviously he didn't do 'nothing' all game. Being pedantic isn't the best form of attack in Dzeko's threads, I know that.

He was as poor as any striker without a midfield. But to keep saying he did nothing is a lie. The only crack(s) I see is in your pipe :P

You're a shit poster. So too are the other Dzeko-ites on this thread. Fucking weirdos the lot of you to the point of being a bit creepy. The cult of Edin.

Bosnian fan boys are the reason the club started doing a shortlist for player of the month instead of an open vote! Dzeko is an enigma hard to figure out. He can look so uninterested some games, then the next look a world beater goal machine. He has however the poorest close control his first touch is always a yard further than it should be provided he has the space to recover. Negredo has come in and showed a big man can have good close control as well as putting a shift in all game. And that's why he has recently started more often and he's chipped in with assists and goals
