Nobody is suggesting that you'll always keep the same four guys happy, it's about replacing well when one decides it's not for him.

You didn't really read my previous post properly , did you ?

For that reason, I'm off to talk to the sensible folk.[/quote]

To That i can only say it is not so SIMPLE
- if you replace unproven, old or young potentially great striker, he will be angry and will work like crazy to be proven wrong
- if you replace PROVEN striker and not give him what he think he is entitled to , than those players tend to sulk, or want to leave the club, ......
( the more PROVEN the striker is the bigger ego they usually have ).

If that is so simple the biggest clubs would just by 4 best strikers and they would win everything
It saddly doesnt work that way. 2 STAR STRIKERS and 2 SUB STRIKERS will always achieve more than 4 STAR STRIKERS
It does not matter that 4 star strikers are much better individually than 2 star + 2 sub.. They will all want to play the big games.
It is impossible to keep 4 STAR STRIKERS happy, even 3 is very HARD.

OK , because it is so inactive in this tread i will give you a little bit of balkan humor. :)

I love City. Aguero is nice guy and good player.
However when you answer the following we can talk fact:

In waht league Aguero was the best striker?
In what league Aguero was the best player?
In what club Aguero was the best striker?

For Dzeko is easy to answer:
The best striker in Bundesliga and before in Chech league.
Awarded as the best player of Bundesliga
The best striker in Wolsburg, Teplice and last year in MC
The best striker so far in World Cup qualification round, was the best in previous one

Can not push him down since he is already proven and formed player.
Dzeko and Aguero are two different type of players, but I'm almost 100% Dzeko will always be better striker, just hope he will leave so he can continue his legacy. Nothing against Aguero or MC

Yes i agree the guy is a blind Dzeko follower. He should compare Dzeko to Negredo. Aguero and Jovetic are different kind of players. And Aguero is a class more than those 3.

OK just to finish what a wanted to say is:
IF Last year Rooney and Van Persie had to compete for their places with lets say Aguero and Tevez, the Man. U. wouldnt be the champions. It doesnt matter those 4 players are all star strikers and much better individualy then Rooney , Van Persie, Chicharito, Welbeck. They all would want to play. As i recall it was one of the reasons that Tevez left Man. united. ( He didint have guaranteed place ) Nobody of Van Persie, Aguero, Tevez or Rooney wouldnt reache their full potential. Because to do that you have to play competitive games.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME IN MODERN FOOTBALL ( IF YOU CAN AFFORD GOOD PLAYERS ) IS " BALANCE ". IF YOU HAVE BALANCED TEAM YOU HAVE DONE 50 % OF WORK ALREADY.

We won the league with 4 top stickers. 2 decided they wanted to move.

The season after we didn't have four top strikers and won nothing.

Yes the City have won ( with 4 star strikers ) that year and it was great. But city have won it on the goal difference. IT is not like city was 10, 15 points in front of everyone. Man. United didnt have van Persie that year. Now Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are much stronger as individuals and as a team. Especially Arsenal who will be a HIT this year and will fight for first 3 places. But anyway i think Pellegrini is better coach than Mancini. SO maybe there are some reserves.

BUT MAYBE WILL PELLE MANAGE TO ROTATE NEGREDO/DZEKO in a WAY THAT BOTH PLAYERS WOULD BE OK. I REALLY HOPE SO !!!!
( we shell see )

I just read an article in Bosnian sports news about Dzeko going together with Mancini to Galatasaray (hard to belive). Apperently it is based on information from English media. If he leaves I don't think he will play that much under Manchini.

Why dont you just start Edin Dzeko blog, and post address here, so anyone interested can read your views on life (Dzeko) and stuff.

I am not sure this guy is really a Bosnian. Or he is younger than 14.
I would like you to tell me if it is possible. What do you think how will Dzeko play this year. Would he be better, the same or worse than last year and why ?
Thank you

Here is actual English article, found it
<a class="postlink" href="http://hereisthecity.com/2013/09/25/five-manchester-city-players-mancini-could-take-to-galatasaray/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://hereisthecity.com/2013/09/25/fiv ... latasaray/</a>

Could any of these five city stars follow Roberto Mancini into Turkish football, should the Italian take the job.
Galatasaray yesterday fired head coach Fatih Terim after he refused the clubs most recent new contract offer - leaving the Turkish giants with arguably their best squad in a generation without somebody to lead them.
The early bookies favourite for the role is Roberto Mancini - with some reports essentially saying it is a done deal.
The Italian has been out of work since leaving Manchester City toward the end of last season - and Gala are reportedly ready to offer him a sizeable sum of money to take on the role.
But if he was to head to Istanbul, who could he bring with him from his old stooges at Manchester City?
We take a look at five players who could follow Mancini to Turkey…

John Guidetti

Mancini was said to be a big fan of the young Swede - who scored bucket-loads of goals whilst on loan with Feyenoord in the season before last.

Unfortunately the former Inter Milan boss never had the chance to play him for the first team, as he spent the entire 2012-13 season out with a virus of his central nervous system.

Guidetti almost went to Turkey the other week, with Trabzonspor keen - could Mancini bring him East in January.

Gareth Barry

Not many English players go play abroad, but more definitely should - could Barry be a trendsetter?

Mancini was a big fan of the defensive midfielder and procuring him should not be difficult.

His contract expires next summer and City show no sign of keeping hold of him - he could be available for a bargain.

However he is enjoying a loan spell at Everton at the moment - so competition is fierce.

Abdisalam Ibrahim

Another young talent whom Mancini was keen on, the Italian even gave him his debut for the club. But the Norwegian cannot get a look in at City and is now back at Stromsgodset on loan, and leaving for nothing next summer.

Will Mancini remember his talents?

Edin Dzeko

The Bosnian striker should not be a rotation man, he is too good for that - so could Turkey be the perfect destination.

Some might think it is a step down in class for Dzeko to play for Gala - but Didier Drogba and Wesley Sneijder would beg to differ.

The fact Dzeko is also a practicing Muslim could also be a benefit, with players in the past moving to the predominantly Islamic Turkey to practice their religious beliefs.

Javi Garcia

Mancini went big on the former Benfica midfielder, and it has not quite worked out.

The Spaniard could be another shown the exit door by Pellegrini - and Mancini might be able to negotiate a cut-price deal.

Could any of these players head to Galatasaray?

Ok sorry for the insult.
Do you really think the Galatasaray is a good enough team for Dzeko in this stage of his career ??

Fucking Bosnians.

wow. it is amazing how you get away with making racist statements like that.

what's more amazing is that you consider Bosnian to be a race as opposed to a nationality.
