Difficult to know where to start.

England seem to be going backwards just in time for the WC.

Walker's defending for the goal was somnambulant. Whats going on in that lads head?
We still seem to lack a functioning midfield, the front three looked isolated for much of the game.

Sadly you know what’s coming at the World Cup :( any half decent manager would have see us win at least one major tournament out of the last 2 but sadly he’s poor and got given a free ride due to his predecessors:( he’s been found out

Southgate will stink out the world cup again and defend with 5 defenders and hope for free kicks and corners to score from, we must be the worst team at any level of the game to score from open play, So shocking to see a team in this day and age kick the ball long, never mind an international team, also talk about playing out from the back with your keeper sweeper haha,

England must have the best set of young players of any international team, even 3 or 4 at the best club in England,
It's like watching 2 different players from club football to international football, foden,grealish,walker,stones, all get good game time at Manchester city, so they can play on the ground with the ball at their feet

we need a new manager right now, get somebody like Pochettinp just for the world cup ? Somebody short term that can play modern day football

Southgate will never play open football, it's shocking watching world-class players in some of the best clubs teams in the world being asked to play defences setups that are so 1970s long ball, get Southgate out NOW ? England were very poor against a poor Italian side.

I just most find international matches at a standard of championship league or lower.

I watched the game with the sound off I had no idea what formation England were playing g apart from a back 5. It seemed Saka was playing left back ? I thought he was a winger ?

We struggle as a team because waistcoats default position is to NOT attack, we have even seen him try to be a mini Pep but trying it without the players Pep has at his disposal.

He's a liability but he'll be at the WC and fail.
