Have you or do you live in Germany?

I do. I lived in Fallowfield for a couple of months though, and I loved every minute of it. In fact, I've visited various parts of England, very beautyful country and very nice people too, indeed.

Ashley young was shite for 125 minutes. Mark,'where's my moustache' Lawrenson was shite for 125 minutes. Alan 'like golfing, got 23 caps. talk shite' was shite for 125 minutes. The BBC was shite for 125 minutes. The English pundits were ALL wimps. Surprised Chelseas Euro Cup run didn't get slagged by the BBC tossers....

Brilliant defence-pity Hodgsons gane plan was to take off Milner keep on Young- only thing he totally fcked up!....

Yes great mate let's consign those thousands/millions who died to the dustbin and forget everything about it.

We do need to forget this now and move on. English people and German people have much more that unites us than divides us. We are all Europeans.

Have you or do you live in Germany?

I haven't, so maybe I look through rose tinted eyes.

But it's not just Germany, the whole of Europe should put the past to rest and move forwards as Europeans, IMO. Holding grudges does not ultimately benefit the Continent of Europe. It's why I also cannot stand people who hold grudges against English people for the past.

I'll throw my observations in...

- I thought the horse had a good game when he came on and has done himself proud this tournament. Come on now, this lad has had a bagload of stick all season from fans across the Premier League (including me). Rooney badly let him down in terms of giving an outlet for Carroll to hit when the ball came down onto his hooves.

- Glen Johnson made some vital interceptions and positioned himself well for the chance. But if you play that way, you really let your covering midfielder down and I bet Milner was fucked even by 55 mins when he was took off. I still don't rate him and think Richards is a better right back, offering more balance for the right hand side.

- Rooney should have been brought off rather than Wellbeck, purely the overhyped name kept him on that pitch tonight. Shows Roy's lack of strength to go against the grain and take a risk with the media.

- Terry, although never taking his coffee black has had a good tournament as a footballer. Partnered well with Lescott impressing too, without them it would have been 3-0 tonight. Let's see if his defence in court is as good as his defensive talents for England. Horrible person.

- Ashley Young was a HUGE negative for the tournament, no impact at all. But as Hodgson does not want to risk the media who could turn against him with a poor World Cup qualifying campaign he will stay in the squad.

- Good experience for the Ox, sounds the type of professional who soaks up advice like a sponge and could become the biggest national favourite since a young Michael Owen.

- Will a 34 year old Steven Gerrard be fit enough for the rigours of another World Cup? Has done a good job as England captain and has said all of the right things, but possibly another tournament is beyond him (especially with the pressure the next couple of club seasons will place upon him, holding up Liverpool but not with a gun).

Think that's it from me.

completely agree with that, Gerrard was struggling after 70 minutes, think it's time for some fresher faces, Wilshere/Rodwell etc., we're not going to do much regardless of who we pick so we might as well give them a go.

Really hope the academy flourishes and leads other academies to produce top quality young talent.

Roy does seem too much of a yes man though.

Got to agree with most of that mm.

The looney was nowhere near fit in previous match yet he still gets a start. Wellbeck had much more impact on the game and did a lot of good defensive work as well. You called the sub right i'd say.
