Funnily enough, him and Reijnders have similar numbers for off the ball work and we know how Reijnders turned out

He signed Dewsbury Hall at Chelsea as Hall knew his system, so I wouldn't be surprised if he brings Enzo Fernandez for that reason.

Doesn't mean anything mate. He's scored goals. If BBC started saying "well actually when you look at how many shots Haaland has had...." we'd laugh at them.

We desperately need goals from midfield. Phil brought that previously, but this season no one has stepped up.

I'm not saying it's this twat, but we need to bring someone in that will score goals from midfield.

His goals decrease when you consider the fact he won’t be taking pens. Then what? He would have Reijnders’ numbers with a higher price tag

For me depends on the price. If Rodri stays and we are spending huge on Anderson then unless he’s intending to play Enzo in the 10 then it would probably be a lot to spend on someone to rotate in and out the 11. If he’s going in the 10 not sure we’d have enough creativity in the team I see him more of an 8 alongside a player with more creativity / numbers in the 10.

Definitely a better option than Reijnders and Nic G in terms of quality, just depends on the price and where we would use him for me.
 
Not a bad player, just abit of a twat, and I'm not fan of his open flirting with Madrid. Ability-wise, if anything, the guy is an absolute workhorse, but his profile is not exactly a very rare breed in modern football.

Gonzalez is a very good player, he's 23 for fucks sake.

Nah, Nico G could have a very respectable career elsewhere. Philips couldn’t even manage the championship.
 
Picking up speed this now. Him and Anderson I’m not complaining tbh. City need to raise the level of the midfield.
 
it definitely seems like he’s leaving Chelsea this summer - whether to us or not, who knows. But him and Anderson would be superb addtions and a perfect balance alongside Rodri.
