Etihad atmosphere

Well, the club's preferred method of whipping up the atmosphere is using a PA system that hasn't worked for a year. Forget banners, new songs etc, the 1894 group are on a hiding to nothing until our multi-billion pound business sort out something as basic as this.

Nothing to do with a "multi-billion pound business" mate!
What do you expect Khaldoon to do about it?
Folks need to start opening their gobs and actually singing and creating an atmosphere!

Atmosphere was better at the Etihad pre Mansoor. Maybe we preferred being a bit shit

At least abusing Edgehill every week made some noise

We are the richest club in the world...why don't we buy some Dortmund or Bayern fans...stick a few ultras in for good measure?

I've always been one of the biggest critics of our atmosphere and it's just same as ever. Crap. In fact I think the sound carried around the ground better when the singing section was in the corner of East Stand Level 1 rather than being in South Stand Level 1 which is sandwiched between the away fans (who completely out-noise SSL1 if they get a decent chant going) and the silent Colin Bell. And a lot of the rest of the ground is simply lazy.

What doesn't help though is that we never ever have any new City songs. All our new songs are always player songs now and that's not what you sing in a tense game, it's City songs we need and we only have a few and they're all dead old.

Is the correct answer.

Most of our fans go to the game and do not sing or shout encouragement to the team at all. It's usually a bit different when we are 4-0 up but what kind of supporter does that make you?

The probability is that most people on Bluemoon do not add to the atmosphere.

Pathetic really.
