Its going to be nice when then old roof is removed giving the clear,clean lines of the new design.

Be even better when we don't have soaking wet seats, or get rained on, for full price.

New toilets being built in CB2 concourse, apparently where the ladies loos and refreshment stands are now are going to become 'mid level' corporate boxes.

Has made the concourse very narrow at one point, not sure it's a great idea - but FFP and all that.

There are a lot of yellow lines on the floor, and notes for windows/doors etc which suggest the new toilets are going to run right the way along that concourse. That's taking away a lot of space in an area that's very busy pre match and at half time. Not sure what's wrong with the toilets in the spiral....

just watching that video above do any of you construction bods know if it would have been possible to have joined the new tier in the corners to the east and west stand (where the screens are)

Fantastic pics.
Love how the CFA and stadium are integrated right in the middle of the streetscape/community rather than hidden away.
Watching (a bit) of the Abu Dhabi grand prix earlier and you can seem similarities in quality already.
Those CFA pics look like campuses in the US.

Are we dropping the pitch level to accommodate the extra seats at the front?

yes its getting dropped 3/4ft

I hope they get their spirit level out, before its applied, if its approved, and while they are up there, can they change the bulbs on the blue lights too ?

yes its getting dropped 3/4ft

We sit on row F if they drop the pitch by 4 feet it would make our view even better .BUT you don't think they would re letter the rows from the front and we all drop down a few rows ? Do you ?

IMO - how can they drop the pitch? - The entrance/ tunnel for the away team coach goes under the Colin Bell stand and all the undersoil heating
pipes/ boilers etc. are there.?. - unless I am missing something.

Edit: If you watch Tunnel cam. City players come down stairs from the Main entrance level to be at the tunnel level.
