The other side now looks a bit shabby. Would make sense to do both sides and just call it the Nissan tunnel etc.

Re: Etihad Campus, Stadium Development and Collar Site (cont

Are the advertising boards around the pitch smaller or are they placed further back? They are definitely new.

The tunnel screen is absolutely top quality, but it's a still image throughout. No animations at all, just a static picture of a Nissan Car. The ad does not change at all throughout the whole tunnel cam. I know we don't want distracting flashing ad's whilst the team wait but does seem overkill for just an image.

Bloody hell - the slaphead with glasses - spitting image of me. - plus the grey jumper from Matalan.

is that really what the players see before going on to the pitch?

Seriously, as a club are we really that desperate for sponsorship money?

If that was over at the Theatre of Screams, we'd rightly be taking the piss.

guessing 'artificial pitch / astro turf' for evening and night time use for the team and the community most probably. Blue might show up better under lights at night than green?
No, we've invested in a company that can produce blue grass, that's just a trial for the main stadium.

Some wag on this site made me laugh - said."City removed the roof - before the dippers could nick it".

Does anyone know the logic behind having the Blue pitch at CFA?

We're testing a new strain of blue grass ;o)

Great all weather astro surface for multi-sports use. Highly visible for a white football too.

They could put another Nissan car on the other side - and we could have.... Wait for it...a micra film!

Is this opposed green pitches, which have been notoriously difficult to play on for the last 125+ years.

Luke Shaw?

Are those cranes big enough ?

Re: Etihad Campus, Stadium Development and Collar Site (cont

remember arthur mann said:
The new roof, it's going up in one lift, hence the three cranes to lift it in tandem !

How can that work ?

If you`re lifting from outside the cranes it can`t be done !

Theres not enough room to fit the new roof between the cranes and the stadium.!

What about the support cables that are still in place ?
