Club shop while the North stand is being expanded? The obvious interesting bits are:
1.2 To do this they are considering utilising part of their existing superstore to create a new unit for use by other operators that complement the ASDA superstore.
1.3 ASDA are in discussion with potential occupiers, so whilst the exact occupation of the new unit is not yet known, permission for a flexible use unit is being sought for A1 and / or D2
use. The unit could either be used in its entirety for A1 or D2 use by a single operator, or by separate operators on ground and first floor. Alternatively, it could be used by a combination
Its not entirely clear at the moment what ASDA's plan might be - interesting none the less
Trying to get my bearings on this. Am I right in thinking the gasometer on the left hand side is where the B of the Bang was? From Britain From Above - 1939 looking North to South - the Gas Holder bottom left is the one at the end of the car parks

No. The gasometer's still there. The B of the bang would have been about 3/4 of the way up the photo on the leftTrying to get my bearings on this. Am I right in thinking the gasometer on the left hand side is where the B of the Bang was?
The road that forks just above the gas cylinder on the left. The fork is no longer there but which path does the road now take up to Alan Turing way?Bears on the left road I think? Which would make the factory further up pretty much on the empty land next to the etihad. I think.No. The gasometer's still there. Where the road forks, the left fork follows what is now Alan Turing Way (was Mill Street). The right fork was Forge Lane which runs past the East stand of the stadium and joins up with Grey Mare Lane at Ashton New Road. The road that forks just above the gas cylinder on the left.
