was at the stadium on saturday for the OSC AGM and there were a couple of foolhardy gents with hard hats atop the tallest cherry picker in all the world fiddling with the cable support masts
They are not on at night yet, unless someone hasn't flicked the switch on? :)Been to the ticket office this morning so had a good luck round the ground, as correctly posted workmen are up on scaffolding behind the mesh in the south stand and was able to get confirmation from another workman on the perimeter that the new badge is going up and also all the blue lighting on top of the cable support posts have or are being replaced. This should be a great improvement to the exterior images of the ground especially for night matches.
They are energy saving bulbs, but take 6 months to warm up.They are not on at night yet, unless someone hasn't flicked the switch on? :)
Daft question but the badge will be outside won't It ?
Was at the ground today, got these two pictures to try and show the scaffolding a little clearer..
Probably a bit too big but there ya go!
