Large home end with affordable tickets, call it the kippax course we’d fill it with singers.

We could easily have two singing ends. Lots of clubs do - arsenal and Chelsea for example

Would love a comeback of "we are the kippax" vs "we are the south stand" going back and forth like the old days

I truly hope we have 2:1 one day I really do. If we have a base capacity of at least 60,000. And if I'm not mistaken the south stand safe standing is currently 5,620. If that's replicated on the north stand. That's 11,240 at 1:1. If they introduce 2:1 safe standing one day that brings standing capacity to 22,480. That would bring the overall capacity to at least 71,000. Correct me if I'm wrong?

I'm really intrigued as to what the hotel design will look like.
Not sutra whether to expect something 'nice and functional' but lacking architectural flair, or something with a genuine wow factor.

Those original super casino designs were pretty special.

It should be a minimum 4 star hotel. But there's nothing wrong with a 3 star hotel. There are some very good 3 star hotels in the city centre. As for a 5 star hotel. To maintain that standard and offering is expensive and is reflected in room rates.

Any ideas where the hotel will be located, some say within the stand extension ??

It's been mooted but it looks more likely just to the East or North East of the stadium.
