Most of those ongoing projects are not remotely connected to the Euro 28 tournament.
I get these videos. But they aren’t entirely accurate. Victoria North is on the other side of the city centre and has nothing to do with the Etihad Campus. Mayfield is a good 20 minute walk to the Etihad Campus. A better example would have been the Holt Town proposal next to the Etihad Campus, and information about the Collar site proposal.(that we know about so far)
I suppose if you don’t know about the Etihad Campus and the wider regeneration of the city centre, the video is still interesting and informative.
