Voted Remain. I voted for economic reasons.

The people going on about democracy though really need to think about what they are saying.

I think I might stand for election as Head of State when Lizzie pops her clogs. What do you mean I can't???? The next 3 have already been decided upon. What?

There's no vacancy until the next century? Is this North Korea?

Guess I'll have to aim for the President of the European Council job then. Any pleb can aspire to that position.

The House Of Lord's? Totally harmless. I said this the other night when I was counting my winnings at the Super Casino.

You know the one? It's next to the stadium. The one that Manchester won, in a fair contest, that the elected government of the day held.

I've been out of the UK for more than 15 years so I can't vote. If I could vote I'd vote for remain.

Leave has offered me no reason to change from the status quo. When they do I might listen but "immigrants. Immigrants! IMMIGRANTS!!!11!!" and a figure plucked from Michael Gove's arse is hardly solid proof that we should throw away 70 years of unity.

There is also no clear plan how to exit. We have had the Norwegian plan, then we had the Switzerland Model. Then we were going be like Albania, then possibly like Pluto, we might move on to Gallifrey next. The most common version used by the Leave campaign seems to have been Utopia but even that doesn't have a lot of detail.

A story in Australia that brexiters are taking pens to stop an MI5 plot to fix the vote? False or is paranoia really that bad
How long have you been out of the U.K.?

Don't know if you like reading, if you do maybe you should read "A Denaible Death" by Gerald Seymour, absolutely brilliant read very close to what goes on - it's not out of the question.

How do MPs from areas outside of where you live know anything about your area's needs?

Which 'sides' of the HOC have your interests in mind? They don't, they're there to promote the UK.
They don't, nor do they need to because our representative speaks on our behalf to discuss issues regarding South Manchester to the House of Commons.

Natrually, since Labour has a majority here, it is the Labour party that speaks on behalf of the citizens that have elected them.

Switch to the EP and you have one side which states we need MORE EU integration, LESS EU integration and others which promote environmental issues within Europe.

Are our MP's we voted in to the House of Commons represent us also at the European Parliament? No, they aren't. We vote for MEP's separately on the issues regarding Europe. I fear that with more and more power being given to the EP, the 'little voices' become ignored even more than they are now.

i think a lot of people who are voting leave are scared to say they are, out of fear of being accused of being racist or a little englander.
Oddly I think the entire opposite. I think the brexit brigade are far louder and us remainers by and large are keeping our counsel, I thought the Scottish thing was quite similar, the news was filled with loud nationalists but in the end they voted to stay.
