Last week the British parliamentary Foreign Affairs Select Committee (FSC), a body with representatives from the major parties in Parliament, issued a 315-paragraph report on the lessons of NATO's war against Yugoslavia. The report makes the admission that the NATO bombardment was illegal under international law.

Illegal - what wont you understand about that ?
Virtually all of the claims the Western powers used to justify their intervention against Serbia have since been exposed as lies. NATO's humanitarian pretensions, already discredited by its bombardment of Yugoslav cities and targeting of civilian infrastructure, have been further undermined by events in Kosovo since NATO's military occupation of the Yugoslav province began.
Exactly 15 years ago, on March 24, NATO began its 78-day bombing of Yugoslavia. The alliance bypassed the UN under a “humanitarian” pretext, launching aggression that claimed hundreds of civilian lives and caused a much larger catastrophe than it averted.
1989 was 27 years ago not 15 years ago. The above post is not relevant to the point being made.

For those still trying to decide, the scare stories around the future economy are just that, stories.

You can do your own research where you will find that the UK/EU trade has fallen every year since 1999, and that trade runs at 1-2 in the EU favor.
That over 90% of British businesses do no trade with the EU yet are restricted by their rules and red tape, and that trade with the rest of the world not only outstrips that with the EU but is growing rapidly.

You can look into just who is telling you these scare stories and ask yourself do you believe these people ?, besides those "Experts" who wanted us to join the Euro there is Call me dave, who stands on the "Reforms" he won knowing full well he got nothing, a bunch of bankers linked by a company ( Goldman Sachs, google them for a tour of the dark side) behind every financial crash in the last fifty years, and the good old BBC who besides being a club for kiddy fiddlers has been funded to "Promote EU matters" to the tune of millions despite external funding being against its charter.

Ask yourself if you believe the nonsense that European countries ( Not the EU ) will no longer want to trade with us, one of their biggest customers.

The economy is a smoke screen to hide the real issue, do you want to live in a country run by whoever you choose to elected, or by an organisation run for the benefit of others with you having no say.

Well said

Can you start another thread on the causes of the Yugoslavian war. This was about the Eu referendum.

You are addressing a separate issue.
Answer the question or retract your statement.

Back to the EU.
Not much coverage of Germany's 1 Euro an hour refugee pay scheme. I would have though the EU if it had any power would not allow such a flagrant breach of it's own rules!

Youv'e been dumbed down mate. Fed the narrative, and never thought to question it. It's a common problem. Always try and check your sources rather than just believing what TPTB tell you.
Why is it if you believe different to someone else your a sheep but the person who believes something different thinks they are not a sheep. Surely if you believe what someone else is telling you, whatever way that is it makes you a sheep. It cant be a one way street can it, surely?

so the BBC takes 2m in funding (and it has been specified what its for so more made up shit)

the very same BBC that takes 3700m a year in licence fee funding. So over 3 years thats 11100m.

but according to you this 2m for a research project has usurped the 11100m in licence fee payers money, even though the 2m probably couldn't pay for Clarksons food bill

the 2m has made the worlds most respected news institution a puppet of the EU, who new it would be so cheap to buy them off? Why don't you inform Mansoor - surely 1m would be enough to buy off FiveLive and make them more pro-City - that will keep the anti-city-media-bias-jockeys happy

do you actually believe what you type? do you ever question what you type? ever perform any critical analysis of your own or just spew out what your fed by Rupert?

think man, think

Yes, the BBC ran pro-Remain adverts.

All a terrible mistake of course, nothing to do with the fact that the BBC is given cash by the EU or that it is known as the Guardian of the airwaves' for its tendency to share the 'liberal' outlook of that newspaper.

My question would be.... How much worse off will we be if we stay in? Or is it going to be the promised land of milk and honey? Just askin as the inners appear to have all the answers.
I think you´ll have to wait for Australia to wake up then standby to be strawmanned to death for your answer.

We'll be no worse off.

With a potential trade agreement in the offing between Europe and the US we will be even better off.

I see the Brexit nutters are now claiming that the BBC headlining a major treasury report is advertising.

Simply because it contradicts their stance.

For the benefit of Ealingblue2 who believes defending the Remain arguement is supporting the Welsh. The survey below us from the JackArmy website, a Swansea City fans forum. You really got to get to know your countrymen. As I said previously, thus reflected the experience I had when I asked the question - its eerily close to what I said in fact. Trust me the people of Wales don't want it! I accept its low numbers but it is reflective if the general community here in Wales.
Do you want to leave Europe ?

I hope it's reflective, but I doubt it is at circa 80% leave.

Think it could be the jocks that end up screwing us though, but time will tell.

I'm with you and all I can say is when I speak to people down here that is the split in the vote I get.

Just hope they get out and vote, it's going to be really close.

I've sent off the forms for the postal vote this time around, less fuss. Could be useful persuading people who don't usually vote or are non committal on doing so, to go that route, it's a piece of piss.
