i am not in principle against further federalisation or a greater currency. Currencies ,state banks won't exist as they do today for world trade etc in a few decades anyway so it'll happen for us anyway and on a bigger scale. But with the European economy in the condition it is in, with deficits like the Uk, the banking interdependency etc now is no time for dramatic moves or show politics be that further dramatic changes such as countries joking the currency or others such as a Brexit. No, no and no. Doesn't make economic sense at the moment. If it did then yes, for me the welfare of the people I care about is more important than any ideology. What's so bad about carrying on as we are? Isn't everyone's standard of living pretty high? What exactly is so bad about the status quo, or is it just about Hoover power and not liking the Romanians?
If I thought we would be better off out I would vote out, and I am not totally convinced we wouldn't be but on balance I think it would be a bit risky. If it went wrong it could go spectacularly wrong, coupled with the massive lurch to the right or even far right that would come with it
Today is a time for cool heads, focusing on how to keep growth whilst not increasing deficit and investing in education and the economic future
