European super league

Not Arsenal, nor any clubs at the meeting, are seeking changes to the Premier League and European landscape and no conversations surrounding displacing the Premier League or starting a European Super League took place.

Is it me or are the two sentences contradictory

If this proposed super league happens I'll probably forget City and start going to watch a lower league club.

We could see weakened teams in the league just so the top players could play in the TV driven super league, with armchair fans all over the world taking preference over local fans going to the ground to watch league matches week in week out, year in, year out.

I'll never leave City, but if City leave me and join some money grabbing world super league then there is nothing I can do about it.

It could be a way of ditching a corrupt FIFA. International football has become stale with fans getting bored of watching dead rubbers.

I'm more interested in watching City play the best the world has to offer than England v San Marino

Off topic but I'm sure I read your post at least an hour ago yet the time stamp says you posted it just 10 minutes ago. Not the first time I've had deja vu recently on here, has anyone else noticed similar?

Never thought I would agree with a sentence of this nature, but I would be royally pissed of. If Leicester when the league, they do so on merit and that's how it should be.
