Of course, it came to a point were we wanted to sell Lescott, just publicised rejected bids to try to convince the fans that we were holding firm to avoid a possible uproar.

It's a bit much to wholeheartedly believe that Man City were without sin throughout that unpleasantness as you call it.
Neither club acted with much distinction.
But I'm sure you are wholly incapable of seeing that.

And what are your views of Lescott's move to Everton, Wolves felt Everton handled that poorly. While your at bringing the FA into things I'm sure Leeds would be pretty interested in having Everton looked into with regards to Youth team players. Listen carefully, Joleon made no secret of the fact, he wanted to leave everton and join manchester City! We acted in a manner, which was suitable according to the FA or we would have been fined/punished for it. It was 'poor little everton' that went public.

well thats a lie cause he never told us he wanted to move till the last minute, then as soon as he did the deal was on

You should have had the balls to make a complaint then.
Total lack of courage to make accusations through the press andvthen back out of doing the one thing you needed to do for the FA to take action.
