Nah fuck the scouse cunts. Get rid of their shite anti football once and for all from the prem. They won't come back up again when they go.
Anti football? Absolute nonsense. Do you want everyone to play like us? That'll be the death of the game.

People will say an overspend is an overspend but what can you buy in the PL for £20 million now. It's like driving 36 mph in a 30 zone and getting a custodial sentence.
Did the PL not also say that no sporting advantage was gained, so this suggests it was not related to transfers and was mainly the Metro Bank loan regarding the stadium
It wasn't 20m. It was 125m.

And how can you claim the lack of stadium sponsor is the cause. Surely nobody sponsors the stadium until it's open

They said a sporting advantage was gained because Everton went against advise from premier to not it spend think they bought two players that in effect kept them up! That there is a sporting advantage..

USM were sponsoring Everton and had naming rights for the training facilities and would arguably have been involved around any naming rights for the new stadium.

On the 23rd November the Commissioner said " Everton's loss for the relevant period was 124.5 million and was therefore 19.5 million in excess of the Allowable Threshold.
Either I'm mistaken or that was an excess of just under 20 million.

Already operating with massive losses, What's another 20m.. then you've failed in the next period too - punishment to come. Face it, the board have took a massive risk against advice of PL and it's backfired. You blame the PL but sounds like they gave you plenty of rope it's just your board tried to hang itself instead.
Let's not start on 777 issues to come..I just hope you have a club to support at the end of this.

Isn’t it ironic that these rules came in to prevent clubs from going bust/getting in financial shit. Said rules end up relegating clubs getting them in worse financial and threatening their futures. Debt is of no concern so we know who that helps!!

Cannot feel too sorry for those who voted for this clusterfcuk. File this under be careful what you wish for….

Everyone seemed to say we would hear the result of Evertons appeal on Monday, then some said yesterday.
Does anyone know when it will be announced ?
